Special Orders are non-cancellable after acceptance of order by Dottie.Claims not reported within this timeframe will not be accepted. Claims for shortages must be made in writing, within 5 days of receipt of shipment.Dottie will use reasonable efforts to fill all of the Distributor’s orders to the best of its ability with the understanding that all orders are subject to acceptance by Dottie and that there shall be no liability on account of failure or delay by Dottie to fill all or any part of an order, whether or not the order has been accepted. Delivery dates agreed upon by the parties are estimated delivery dates.Such additions must be processed as new orders and meet new order requirements. Additions or modifications cannot be made to orders.Orders that do not meet the minimum $100.00 requirement will be placed on hold for additional product needed to make the minimum order requirement.
Minimum Order requirement is $100.00 per order.
